From the World of Kenji Miyazawa

I started a series to Kenji Miyazawa, a thinker and a famous writer of juvenile stories in Japan. He was born 101 years ago, and died 64 years ago.
If you are interested in him, please visit "The World of Kenji Miyazawa". Various information is gathered for his charm.

I made this page for Online Kenji Festival in 1998 (Japanese only).
There are a lot of descriptions of field flowers in the literature by Kenji Miyazawa. I illusted them by POV-Ray, 3D-CG.

' Oh, moonlight may show there.'
We can see silver sky grass waving on the whole area of Galaxy river beach caused with the breeze.
' No moonlight. They lighten themselves as they are Galaxy's.'

'Let's cycle!' I stood up and cried. 'Let's cycle!' 'Let's cycle!' many mates said. 'O.K. Let's go!' I fled down to the field. My mates followed me.
If one hurries up flying, one flies to the right more to a cycle hole. I flied so fast like a train, looking a white belt Fuji River beneath.

The sphere fired like eruptions and shined like setting sun. Then it flied away from the window, causing a sound Hyuu.
Birds lost interest in him and disappeared one by one. The last bird old owl looked around and ridiculed,
    "Only 6 days. Hohho.
    Only 6 days. Hohho."
And the owl strided away from the room shaking with shoulders.
