NUMERICAL SPACE / BOLTNUT

I made bolts and nuts by POV's CSG (Constructive Solid Geometry) triggered with a picture painted by artist Kitazume. He has been painting piled nuts for many years.
Yes, I'm charmed with bolts and nuts, their brilliance, their weight, and so on in my palm. If I see daily goods for the appreciation, they show their beauty.

I put the size data of M5-M16 bolt and nut by JIS, Japanese Industrial Standard, on this scene file. And I tried to show galvanized or baked them by using "irid", but not so successful.

I scattered these nuts with the algorithm which I made for making scenes on BEADS.
And I aimed to show gold nuts. But they seem to be cheep brass, sorry.

I piled up nuts with the same algorithm above. But they are far from real piled nuts. How can I make more realistic scene by POV?

I screwed 8 bolts into to an acrylic sphere and used a nut for each bolt against loosing.

I attached poles to a plane with bolts. And I covered up ... with "fog", did I succeed?
