5. Putting Outside Rail

I stuck 7cm dia. bent rail on adhesive tape extending circle according to the line.

At reverse curve, I put a proper mandrel on the board and bent a rail like left.

6.Cutting rail, when it's round.

7. And soldering rail to joint with 0.5mm diameter brass wire.

8. Press for being mature

When the outside rail was around, I pressed it for being maturing.

Adhesive tape become more strong, if it's continuously pressed. I reversed a board and put some weight on it and take some time.

It was easy process until this. Then I had to adjust gauge next.
