At last, I've got a SUGIYAMA 18t Climax kit, and I've assembled it. As this kit has r-t-r power unit, I thought it easy to complete. Body assembling is rather easy, but I found cranking rate is slow compare with running speed. I decided to built in higher rate gear on crank unit. I chose coaxial type gear for small apace, and it makes twice cranking rate.

I set sound contact on this crank and built in a small speaker vertical boiler apace. Still more I changed motor to core-less with 1:4 gear-head. I realized slow running performance with reasonable cranking rate.

Finish-work is Micro Engineering Solution and Rustall treatment and Froquil Rust. Finally I use weathering Black powder.

Then I've got three types geared loco on my logging tramway. So happy!
