In Tokyo, various summer festivals were held as if it regretted passing summer. "Awa Odori" is a traditional dance of Tokushima Prefecture in Shikoku. It came to be danced on a nationwide scale now. I report on the Awa odori done in Koenji, Tokyo. August, 2005 |
